Healthy Pet Authorization Form

We strive to make your pet(s) comfortable while away from you. A stressful pet may experience diarrhea, appetite loss or vomiting. Therefore, as a standard of care, our Healthy Pet Program is available for a nominal fee of $2 per day. Coverage for a variety of health problems that might occur during and immediately following a pet's stay is essential.

Should you notice any pet related health concerns upon returning home from a boarding stay, please notify Red Bluff Pet Resort within 48 hours of departure in order to file an eligible claim.

In the event veterinarian services are required for your pet while visiting us at Red Bluff Pet Resort or within 48 hours of departure, we will set up an appointment with our veterinarian at Red Bluff Animal Hospital for treatment. Please note that we do not use the veterinarian of the pet owner or reimburse vet bills.

Coverage is limited to a combined maximum fee of $500 for surgical or medical veterinarian care and does not cover Gastric Dilatation and Volvulus Syndrome (GDV/Bloat) or pre-existing medical conditions.
