In the event of an emergency (weather-related or other) that requires your pet to be picked up from our facility, please list the contact information for two people (other than yourself or your spouse) from different households who will be available to pick up your pet and care for them for the duration of the emergency.
If our facility is evacuated due to an emergency we will ask you or your emergency contacts to pick up your pets. We will make every effort to keep pet(s) left here safe. By checking this box and typing your name below, you acknowledge that Red Bluff Pet Resort is not responsible for any damage and/or loss of pets or property directly or indirectly related to an emergency (weather-related or not).
